I noticed that the card list (csv format) sometimes mentions flavor text that has been never printed, such as:
Condemnation: Betrayed
"But the Brujah are not as disciplined. Betrayal swiftly shifts their focus.
Sargon, Baali"
The card has never been reprinted so it's not a reprint issue.
I guess there are some other missing flavor texts.

Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director
Where would you put it? The text box on that one is full.
I'm guessing those cases are ones where there just wasn't enough room after all the usage text was put it.

Yeah there was similar cases to why the names of some vampires were shortened. Like for example Wolfgangs full name was supposed to be 'Wolfgang, the Maddening Laughter' and the group 3 tremere justicar was supposed to be 'Anastdaji Zagreb, the Pretender' but I guess those names were too long.

It's full because the font size was adjusted so the box is full.
It's possible to a it written smaller and see the flavor text:
