I don't know if this idea is an old one. But this is about a combination of Summon History and Renewed Vigor. Gift of Sleep is a great card for this. Please comment!
1. How do you intend to oust?
Bleed with permanent bleed enhancers and permanent +bleed at stealth and few pol. actions.
2. How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Defend with fighty allies. Gain pool with some pol. actions.
3. What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)? Some Al and Eurayle. In the lategame one or two Inner Circle plus Remnant, Renegade Garou and Veneficti.
4. What do you want your average turn to look like?
Summon History, maybe untap + bleed, refill with Eurayle. Maybe Eurayle has to untap the Remnant to let him do twice damage
Problems could be stealthy or many combat deck rush actions. The refilling went suprisingly well. Another problem is heavy intercept of course. Medium intercept is most often outstealthed.
I'm not sure about the Master section and the equipment. Do I need the helicopter and do I have the time to get it if I have to go for ICs? Shouldn't I rather go for an Assault Rifle instead? Do I need bleed reduce? More DI? Should I add an Obfuscate disci-master?
Anyway here's the deck:

Tye Cooper and Ponticulus win games against rush decks, especially Tye Cooper. The recursion is incredibly good.

Forget about the Helicopter and Assault Rifle. An ally that can act right away will always be a better choice.

You definitely need bleed bounce.

Only if you add Lilith's Blessing, which, by the way, is not terrible with Agent of Powers and Summon Histories.

You can't defend it and it can bite you in the ass pretty badly.

2x Hourglass of the Mind is a no brainer if you have them.

I would diversify. Ossian is more durable, High Top has intercept, Muddled Vampire Hunter slaughters Nephandi and POT-weenies.
Thank you for your thoughts on this.

If I get you right you would add an LB because of the AoP?

No, not just because of AoP. The 11 ways to empty a vampire and a possible Obfuscate master are the main justifications. Chaining Agents and Summons with a Repulsed Eurayle is a nice afterthought.
This is really not my sort of deck, but I wonder if there is a place for Sunset Strip, Hollywood.

I think there is enough stealth in the deck to go without a Sunset Strip.
I'm very interested to hear why this deck isn't your sort .

I guess you already know you can't summon Eurayle, meaning you bring out 14 pool of scarce vampires without any pool gain.
Did you consider playing some Villein, bring out Eurayle, refill Al and then start to summon different things?

I don't have any Trujah or Salubri (maybe a couple, but no decent cards). Fred Scott did help me win the HttB draft, but that was a cameo.

I need the blood on Al to summon right away. I need the allies for defence and even don't have the time to summon the Citadel. You bring out Al, summon the Remnant or a Garou, who attacks instantly against aggressive decks. Then Eurayle comes up and refills Al, who gets the Citadel or another dearly needed ally. I plan the influencing of the biggies with the help of Ankara in mid- to lategame. Then I have a good source of poolgain with Ancient Infl. and Political Stranglehold. So yes, a weenieish aggressive deck is a problem. But IMHO such decks are always a problem and hard to counter. They have their downsides in their difficulties of winning tables, but nearly always oust their prey. Midcap bleed this deck can handle with the allies. This deck is all about permanents: permanent +bleed, permanent rush, and votes through titles. So until these permanents are ready it is vulnerable indeed. But I doubt Villeins will save it from heavy bleeding.
