Block opportunity on a redirected Bleed that returns to original target

Hi everyone, I have a quick clarification request regarding block opportunities and redirection chains on a Bleed action. Scenario: Player A bleeds Player B. Player B plays a reaction card to wake (e.g., On the Qui Vive) and plays a redirection card (Telepathic Misdirection / Deflection) to pass the Bleed to Player C, without declaring a block attempt. Player C then plays Deflection and redirects the Bleed back to Player B. Question: Does Player B gain a new opportunity to attempt a block against this same Bleed action once it is redirected back to them (assuming they didn't attempt a block earlier, just redirected)? My understanding is that once Player B declines/passes their natural block opportunity in order to redirect the action, they cannot attempt a normal block if the action returns to them, unless they use a card that explicitly instructs a vampire to attempt a block (like Second Tradition: Domain). Is this correct? Thanks in advance!
