The TWDA says it only records tournaments where switching decks is not allowed between the rounds, but it has a winning deck from this tournament; www.vekn.net/event-calendar/event/11580 that was a multi deck format tournament. I don't have contact for people who run TWDA but I think someone should inform them of the mistake.
