Parijat, the Dark Oracle Independent: While Parijat is ready, minions must burn the top card of their library to attempt to block wraith or zombie allies. how she special work,if you play reaction card to block ally, did you 1st replace and then burn,or 1st burn top library? 1) if you play wake 2) if you play card to force you to block (example 2nd tradition)

So play Second Tradition and burn the top card as part of the cost "to attempt to block", then replace. CORRECTION: In order to attempt to block, you have to be able to burn the top card (as part of the cost). So play Second Tradition (can be cancelled), then replace, then pay its cost (including burning the top card of your library as part of the cost "to attempt to block") and resolve its effect. If your library is empty, you cannot play Second Tradition. Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

Does this mean that (except obvious cases like action cards) you pay costs of a card before you replace the card?

If in scenario 2,someone cancel Second Tradition,do you still need to burn top library before replace Second Tradition? If that can be compared with this scenario,i beleive you need to burn top library before replace www.vekn.net/forum/rules-questions/82835-eagle-sight-cancelled-by-i-am-legion-while-tenebrous-form-is-in-play

Yes, you need to burn the top library card. Burning the top library card is part of the cost to play Second Tradition, which happens before the "as played" window, where a cancelation effect can be played.

'as played' for Second Tradition (next steps are assuming no cancels) burn top card of the library replace Second Tradition pay 1 blood the Second Tradition and resolve second tradition (unlock and start the block attempt with +2 intercept) at the same time

CORRECTION: 1. Announce Second Tradition terms and effects, and play the card. You must be able to pay its cost (including additional costs such as burning the top card of your library since the card makes the vampire attempt to block). 2. Other Methuselahs can cancel the card. 3. Replace the card 4. Pay its cost (including additional costs such as burning the top card of your library) and resolve its effect.
