Absimiliard's Army and Tension in the Ranks

When a player is ousted, Absimiliard's Army leaves play. "After a Methuselah is ousted, burn this card. Remove all such allies from the game when this card is burned" The ghouls created by Absimiliard's Army are removed from the game when a player is ousted and Absimiliard's Army leaves play. It doesn't' say they are burned first, then leave play. When the ghouls that are created by Absimiliard's Army are removed from the game by Absimiliard's Army being burned, does that trigger Tension in the Ranks?
