At which point does "After a vampire who follows the Path of Cathari you control bleeds" trigger?
Is it at the point a bleed action is announced? Or after the bleed action is successful? Or somewhere in between?
For clarities sake which if the following would cause forward momentum to lose a counter: bleed reduced to 0 bleed is blocked action ends to change of target bleed action card is cancelled by DI bleed action is cancelled by tangle atropos' hand
