"Forward Momentum Unique. Put this card in play. After a vampire who follows the Path of Cathari you control bleeds, if the bleed is successful (for 1 or more), add 1 counter to this card; otherwise, burn 1 counter from this card. After a vampire who follows the Path of Cathari you control performs an action, you can burn 2 counters from this card to unlock them." At which point does "After a vampire who follows the Path of Cathari you control bleeds" trigger? Is it at the point a bleed action is announced? Or after the bleed action is successful? Or somewhere in between? For clarities sake which if the following would cause forward momentum to lose a counter: bleed reduced to 0 bleed is blocked action ends to change of target bleed action card is cancelled by DI bleed action is cancelled by tangle atropos' hand
