Unable to finish tournament on online archon

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I've been getting an internal server error when I'm trying to finish a tournament in the online archon. good to know it wasn't just me this weekend

The VEKN server reports that an archon file has already been uploaded for the event. That's what prevents closing it from the archon web side. Closing an event on archon web automatically submits results to vekn.net, but if that fails, it prevents closing the event. We would need a sync _from_ vekn.net when uploading an archon file on an event handled by the archon web to fix that, or prevent the file upload for events managed by archon web somehow.

We have same problem with this event played in serbia last weekend. organizer try to lead tournament with archon web,but something dont work and him lead via archon exel and upload event in vekn,this event www.vekn.net/event-calendar/event/12510 I asked him for judge role on web,and i register all players and put all results in web archon,and when click on finish tournament get same error as autor topic. web link: archon.vekn.net/tournament/f84be467-4fa5-4005-b924-f44960428d2b/display.html
