The new text explicetly puts the Effect into well defined and often used "after action reoslution" window, so my question is: does the Above Ruling/Post by LSJ uphold, or has the changed card text changed that?

While very theoretical due to disciplines:
Could you play way the heart (sup) and Revelations of the Serpeion (sup) on Platonum protocol (all disciplines) to immedeatly place and burn 2 corruption counter to unlock?

As above, and if the bleed is successful, this vampire can burn 2 of your corruption counters from a minion controlled by the target Methuselah to unlock.
