does Psychic Veil stack?

Can't see a reason why it wouldn't. It gives you an effect for the whole turn and subsequent PV add up to this.

I think you can play more than one psych veil but the effect will be the same All your actions will be at +1 stealth, each psych veil say the same, they are not giving +1 stealth, are saying that your actions will be at +1 stealth David Resende - Prince of Teresina

And this room for interpretation is why I would very much appreciate a ruling. I had imagined each instance giving an additional +1 stealth, with 2 successfully played resulting in +2 stealth for actions 3 and beyond. It's strong for how I plan to use it either way. UDHR18/19/27
