Final in a multideck tournament

The rules said: Between rounds, players may freely switch decks (or cards in their decks). But the deck in the final must be a deck player in a previous round or can be another different deck?

I organize a lot online multi deck events,I talk with players with big tournament experience,all they say how you can chose any deck in finals,and I organize official online multi deck events on this way

I find the ability to exchange cards between rounds very odd and have never seen it used in drafts. But, if the tournament organizer thinks it will work for their tournament, then by all means they should use it. Especially if players are in favor. Finnish Politics!

I believe Yes, as the "Decklist" includes the deck but also all the other cards, so any deck build with those cards enters your définition.
