Repo man has some very old and somewhat self contradicitng wording: It says "Retrive a vehicle" which would imply it is not an "equip action", but it also says " (pay cost to equip as normal)" which explcietly says "equip" Question 1: Is Repo man An equip action or not? AKA does a retrived helicopter lock or not? Repo Man cost 1 blood Unique ghoul with 1 life. 0 strength, 0 bleed. If the action to recruit Repo Man is successful, unlock the acting minion at the end of the turn. Repo Man can retrieve the first vehicle you find in your library as a +2 stealth action. You then place the vehicle on any ready minion you control who meets the requirements of the card (pay cost to equip as normal). If none of your ready minions meet the requirements of the card, the card is burned without cost. Shuffle afterward. Question 2: Who doas pay for the vehicle? repo man or the targeted minion? Polaris Coach is a vehicle that costs blood. If Repoman is techniically the one that pays, it always burns, if the target pays the target msut be a vamprei with at least one blood This also has Implicatiosn with "black cat" If the target pays, Black cat pays 1 pool less If repo man pays, black cats special should not apply "sicne it is worded in a personal way) Similar implications with thin blooded seer:: is the card "played" by repo man or the target? if the target "plays" the card, TBS would need to pay 2 blood for a polaris coach Rulebook says "Costs may only be paid with the Methuselah's or the minion's own resources." Which I read as "Paying as normal means the minion taking the action pays" which would mean repo man polaris coach Cost: 1 blood Vehicle. Haven. During your unlock phase, move 1 blood from this vampire to the Polaris Coach or burn the Polaris Coach. While this vampire is acting, he or she may burn one counter from the Polaris Coach to get +1 stealth for the current action. During undirected actions and actions that are not directed at this vampire, he or she cannot block or play reaction cards. A minion may have only one haven and only one vehicle. black cat Camarilla: Equipment costs Black Cat 1 less pool (but never less than 0 pool). Thin Blooded Seer Requires a ready non-sterile vampire of capacity less than 3. Put this card into play; it becomes a 1-capacity vampire. This vampire is clanless and sterile. This vampire is not considered unique, must hunt this turn and is the same sect as the acting vampire. Cards that cost blood cost this vampire twice as much blood to play. During your unlock phase, you may lock this vampire to look at the top two cards of any Methuselah's library.

Hello, "Pay the Cost to equip" does not refer to an equip action but to the cost itself. Which cost has to be payed by the minion/controller of the minion receiving the vehicle? The Cost to Equip in Blood and/or Pool Regards, Rémi. I am Rémi Cavaillé (), Barcelona (Spain). I was the Prince of Lyon (France) around 2003. I am now Official Judge and the 5th Prince of Barcelona.
