If I play an action like Truth of Blood or Show of Force, do I trigger the block effect every time I block the action if it continues with cards like Form of Mist at superior?
Combat
Form of Mist
Protean Strike: dodge.
Superior Protean Strike: combat ends. After combat ends, if this vampire was blocked while performing an action, they can burn 1 blood to continue the action with +1 stealth as if unblocked, even if stealth is not yet needed. A vampire can play only one Form of Mist at superior each action.
Action
Truth of Blood
AuspexQuietus Ⓓ Bleed with +1 bleed. If this action is blocked, the blocking minion's controller discards 2 cards at random before block resolution. Those cards are not replaced until after this action.
Superior AuspexSuperior Quietus As above, but bleed with +2 bleed.
Action
Show of Force
Potence Presence Ⓓ Bleed with +1 bleed. If this action is blocked, before range is determined during the first round of the resulting combat, this vampire can gain +1 strength that combat.
Superior Potence Superior Presence As above, but at +2 bleed and this vampire can gain +2 strength.
thanks!

In case of Show of Force and Form of Mist, the second combat would be a different combat then the related one from SoF, so due to card text no, I‘d assume?

If the SoF action continues with a Form of Mist and is blocked again, it's still the SoF action that is blocked (again). So the "If this action is blocked" part applies (again).

And for the VDB updaters, who somehow have missed the LSJ on this one, here you go, from 2008;
