I just want a clarification on Terrifisto's ability. It says during a referendum he called, he may burn a blood when the votes are tallied to inflict 2 damage on a ready vamp who voted against him. 1. Does that mean if i call KRC (Kine Resources Contested) and the votes are being tallied i can use his ability and potentially torpor a vamp who voted against me while still in the vote? 2. Doesnt that mean i could potentially win a previously losing vote by torporing a vamp who voted against me during the referendum? Name: Terrifisto Capacity: 10 Type: Vampire Group: 4 Clan: Tzimisce Disciplines: cel obt ANI AUS FOR VIC Set/Rarity: Third:V Artist: Richard Thomas CardText: Sabbat Archbishop of Detroit: During a referendum called by Terrifisto, he may burn a blood when the results are tallied to inflict 2 damage on a ready vampire who cast votes or ballots against the referendum.

The vampire can go to torpor, but it doesn't affect the result of the vote count. 2. Polling: Cards that are usable “during the polling step” but “before votes and ballots are cast” are used at this time. Then, all Methuselahs may now cast any votes and ballots they have (see below) at this time, in any order. They call out their votes and ballots freely, and there is no obligation to cast votes or ballots. Once a vote or a ballot has been cast, however, it cannot be changed. The polling stage is completed only when all Methuselahs are finished casting votes and ballots. If you need a time limit, the Methuselahs can agree to wait 15 seconds after the last vote or ballot cast to close the polling stage. > > 3. Resolve the Referendum: If there are more votes for the referendum than against, it passes, and the effects take place. Otherwise, the referendum fails and has no effect. Tied referendums fail. > Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

Thanks for the clarification.

So the ability has to happen before the effects of referendum like in public villification. You have to deal the 2 damage before you steal the 3 blood?
