Short: While Narrow Minds is in play, Does Helena ADV pay 0 blood to play Telepathic Misdirection/Deflection?
Long: Question came up during Hämeenlinna tournament, it was ruled to cost zero as the Narrow minds cardtext is +1 cost and Helena ADV pays no costs for aus/dom reactions per cardtext and 07/07/07. However as there was no direct VDB ruling or named card rulings to reference quickly it caused a judge call, so in that sense it's a call for VDB team to include 07/07/07 ruling to Helena, Narrow minds and Dragos (and similar). Sorry, but I promised to make this post on VEKN also.
