Player A controls Erciyes Fragment, The unlocked and without any card on it. During a referendum on another player's turn, player A lock The Erciyes Fragment to move a political action card from their prey's ash heap on it. Then Player A discard the card from the fragment to get one vote in that referendum. is that correct? 1) Yes, but only if the Political card was already moved to the Erciyes fragment before the referendum 2) Yes, even if the card is moved from the ash heap to the Erciyes fragment during the referendum 3) No, The Erciyes fragment only allows you to play the card as if playing it from your hand, you cannot discard it as the card is not in your hand. (CORRECT) Relevant cardtext: Name: The Erciyes Fragments Cardtype: Master Unique master. Put this card in play. Lock this card to move a library card from your prey's ash heap to this card, face down. You may look at that card at any time. You may play the card from the Fragments as if playing it from your hand (requirements and cost, if any, apply as normal). When that card is burned, remove it from the game instead. Only 1 card can be on this card at a time. Any vampire with a capacity above 4 can steal the Fragments (and any card on it) for his or her controller as a action.

So discarding isn't playing? Finnish Politics!

You can for example discard a Political Stranglehold for a vote, even if it was played previously. Lidingö Scourge
