Saulots Healing Touch - does a rescued tremere get the blood?

Posting this here for a quatobale source, for an answer the the rules team, originally asked on discord: Does a Tremere rescued by a vamprie with Saulots Healing Touch get the blood? Card text seems abigious. Saulots healing Touch Unique archetype. Put this card on a Salubri you control. Rescuing a non-Tremere vampire from torpor costs this Salubri -2 blood, and if the action is successful, the rescued vampire gains 1 blood. This Salubri can add 1 blood or life to another ready minion, not to exceed starting life, as a +1 stealth action. A vampire can have only one archetype.
