Dear all, Can you confirm me that "During an action" in that card text allow me to use that +1 intecept effect only once each action, please? Card Text: Phased Motion Detector (equipment) During an action, if a vampire plays an action modifier card requiring Chimerstry, Obfuscate or Obtenebration, the bearer gets +1 intercept, even if intercept is not yet needed.
