I would like to have some clarifications about the interaction of Secure Haven and several cards, about what "chosing" and "targeting" means: 1: Does tapping a vampire with Secure Haven with Anarch Troublemaker cost one pool? 2: does using Media Locations (KRCG radio etc) or Stealth Locations (fortune tellers shop) etc on a minion cost pool? 3: does Secure Haven prohibit using Aranthebes against a vampire for -Stealth, since he is an action that now targets a vampire? 4: Does chosing a minion for The Rack cost an extra pool, if the rack changed controlelrs via its own ability, while already in play?
