I have not found confirmation about those situations:
- 1 - Madness Network is in play.
I perform a successful Lunatic Eruption on an untapped Malkavian vampire controlled by my prey.
When I give the action impulse to my prey, must they activate the Lunatic Eruption through Madness Network or may they decide not to act?
- 2 - Lunatic Eruption on my own vampire
I perform a successful Lunatic Eruption on an unlocked minion I control. Does the mandatory action granted by Lunatic Eruption go up at end of the actual action or does it have to wait until my next action phase.
- 3 - Madness Network is in play - part 2..
My own Malkavian vampire has a Lunatic Eruption. Can that vampire rush during each player's turn through Madness Network?
- 4 - Enkil Cog
Am I correct to assume that any answers related to Madness Network would be the same for un unlocked Enkil Cog?

Lunatic Eruption:
Put this card on any ready minion. During his or her minion phase, the minion with this card must enter combat with a ready minion controlled by his or her prey as a Ⓓ action (unless the minion must hunt). Any minion may burn this card as an action.
Madness network
Put this card in play. Unlocked Malkavians can take actions in any Methuselah's minion phase (follow normal sequencing rules). Any minion can burn this card as an action that any unlocked Malkavian (in addition to the normally eligible blockers) can attempt to block.

1. No. See Lunatic Eruptions card text referring to "his or her minion phase". Madness Network says "Unlocked Malkavians can take actions in any Methuselah's minion phase." It does not change whose minion phase it is.
2. You cannot move onwards to non-mandatory actions during your minion phase before completing mandatory actions, neither can you move on from your minion phase until all the mandatory actions have been completed. LSJ 2001 on Lunatic eruption and mandatory actions
3. No. See text on Lunatic Eruption referring to "his or her minion phase" and compare it to Madness Network's wording.
4. Yes. As Enkil Coq does not change whose minion phase it is, Lunatic Eruption works similar with it as it does with Madness Network.
Enkil Cog card text as follows;
Name: Enkil Cog [KoT:R, Anthology:1, 25th:1] Cardtype: Action Modifier Unique. Requires a vampire with capacity 10 or more. Only usable after resolution of a successful bleed against your prey. Put this card on this vampire. This vampire gets +1 bleed. During any Methuselah's minion phase, this vampire can lock this card to take an action. Howewer, I don't understand the relevance of LSJ's post versus the 2nd situation.
I mean, and I may be wrong of course :
- Start of my minion phase, there is no Lunatic Eruption, so there is no mandatory action.
- During my minion phase, an unlocked vampire of mine has a Lunatic Eruption that has not yet trigger a mandatory action. Why does not it trigger ?
For the mandatory hunt action is triggered anytime a vampire with no blood can act.

It does, you have to perform the mandatory actions first before any other action. That's why LSJ explains you cannot take the action to burn the EL first.

Sorry for my regular English. My question was not about burning Lunatic Eruption, I wanted to be sure that I can/have to use the other part. Let me try to rewrite my question just to be sure:
Step 1: Start of my minion phase, there is no Lunatic Eruption, so there is no mandatory action.
Step 2: During my minion phase, an unlocked vampire of mine receives Lunatic Eruption.
Step 3: That Vampire has to Rush as a mandatory action. Am I right?

Yes, Vampire has to Rush. It is working the same way with all mandatory actions. Hunt is an example. If at the start of your minion phase Vampire A is unlocked and he has blood he may do whatever he wants. As soon as he lost all blood and still unlocked he must hunt.
