How it works? Do you immediately draw card you have put into your library using WMO? I'm asking because per rulebook you are drawing cards after you are playing them and this "window" already seems to pass.

Yes, WMO would place the cards in your library, and immediately as that happens you have to draw up to match your hand size.
Ruling supporting the above:
[LSJ 20030512] (specific to WMO)
[LSJ 20000321] (that you draw up when cards are put into empty library if not at hand size)
[LSJ 20080208] (that one continuously look to replace/draw up cards at the first opportunity when not at hand size)
