Just today Black Chantry made a post on their website updating the list of cards for print on demand and some funcional changes to some cards.

My question is, when are these changes effective? The post doesnt state as of this moment (some edit may be done in the near future) when the funcional changes will be implemented for competitive play, hence my question.

Probably is best in future when new cards,changes cards,promo cards be anounced to be anounced official date for these cards instead to people every time ask. Or if date not yet decided,as is not yet decided for promo cards as: Gilbert Duane,Victoria Ash,Karl Schrect,just say official date will be anounced later. same for new 4 anarch deck,they reveal,but nobody say does that mean how they be official in 30 days,or date will be anounce later

Agreed. The concept of a "release date" is getting muddled. Its best to simply state when something is legal to play in announcements...
