There are text updates on three cards: Inside Dirt, Public Vilification, and Show of Force.
There was a suggestion on Facebook that these changes would be legal 30 days after the Kickstarter ended.
I'd like to get official clarification on the date these changes are legal.

Sure, here it is: the changes will be legal 30 days after the Kickstarter ends. That is July 9th.

There were some new cards among the promos / rewards such as City Star Taxi. Were they tournament legal on July 9th as well?
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice...
Any idea when the promos were considered to be released? Any chance they would be legal by August 14?

Considering they have not been released yet, and it requires 30 days to make them tournament legal, there's no such chance, sorry.

Maybe my memories are wrong but I remember some promos that were legal the day they were given to the players (iirc EC or NAC)

I got an update about the release. They have been already shipped and are probably in transit, with a release date that has been set to July 1st (the promo cards are being printed separately). This means they will be tournament legal on August, 1st.

I found the answer on the Black Chantry website. Release date for Kickstarter promo cards was July 1, 2021. Tournament legal August 1, 2021. For some reason that page leaves out Len Konopka, but he was released at the exact same time as Ashlesha, for example. www.blackchantry.com/products/promo-cards/
