Hello everyone, I'm new to vtes, and am anxious to learn more about the game. Is there by any chance someone who would be willing to teach me? I've read through the rulebook on this site, but I'm still left with questions. If at all possible, contact through discrod is preferable on my end. Thank you in advance, HellXaos (my apologies if this is the wrong place ot ask)

Shoot! Feel free to ask the questions here. Others will be free to answer them Finnish Politics!

There are plenty of discord servers, here are the invitations for two of them: VTES : discord.gg/2f4UD2b6 VTES- Lackey CCG (used to organize games on Lackey): discord.gg/UT6gerc9 You can join them and find someone online to chat with you (or post questions here). These are international. There are some servers by country too. Where are you located? Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

I'm located in the Netherlands, I actually happened to stumble upon someone yesterday in lackeyCCG who was kind enough to get me more comfortable with the game and also sent me an invite or two for some lackey servers. So for now I'm sort of set and am attempting to make a first proper deck. Thanks for the invite to the discord server.

Glad you got the help. Lackey should have a bunch of precons saved when it installs. The 5e decks are fairly strong and great for learning. If you're looking to build your own decks I'd advise using one of those and tweaking it as you play until it feels more comfortable as your style. Deck building from scratch is challenging in vtes and you want to build up some good game and card knowledge before you jump in. . Prince of Liverpool and UK NC
