Anyone know why TWDA is not being updated for the last half of the year? Covid decreased significantly a number of tournaments but there is still a lot going on and we see a lot of reports here in VEKN forum that we can't see in TWDA
I guess a lot of Ankha's time is currently drawn away by the upcoming release of the V5 box.
However, I am sure he has not forgotten about the TWDA and will update it at a given time.

Yes, I update it more or less regularly, depending on my spare time left.
I'll update it next weekend.

Luckily (well, actually not, but for this case) there hasn't been all that many tournaments this year.
I've been amazed by the number of tournaments the spaniards have managed to run nonetheless!

I can't see why not. I'll include them later.

Whoa! This is a big change!
So online wins are treated the same way as all the "normal" wins? (TWDA, Hall of Fame etc)
Should decklists of other formats be also included in TWDA?

You seem to be not in favour of this. That is okay of course but would you mind to explain your opinion?

You are merely trying to read between the lines when there is nothing to read. Except your own opinions.
I have not indicated whether I'm in favor or not.
And will not do so.

Friendly reminder.

You can submit patches to the TWDA with the missing decks yourself to speed up the process.
The instructions are at github.com/GiottoVerducci/TWD

Good to know in general, thanks.
Nevertheless, I wanted to find out if Ankha maybe changed his mind about entering rated online tournament's TWDs into the Archive.

@Ankha: Would you please include the VEKN rated online tournament's TWDs, when you update the TWDA and the Hall of Fame the next time?
Thanks in advance!

Is this still planned to update, or is there some re-organisation going?
We are just starting with the game with 5th Edition in my country, and the TWDA gives some a bit of anxiety about diving into the game as it looks like organised play in any form just ended last year.

TWDA was updated recently and includes February '21 decks.

Good to know, yet the TWDs of the rated ONLINE tournaments are still missing, and this is what my reminder was about.

If you want the online decks in the TWDA, you can make it easier by doing the work and submitting patches to the TWDA deck archive github repo.
I've been sumitting most of the decks to the TWDA over the last while, but I'm not at all interested in online events, so I'm personally never going add an online event to it.

Thank you!
Still I wonder why it should not be sufficient to report an event thoroughly here on vekn.net ...
With regular tournaments, this is not an issue ...

It's not an issue because other people (such as me) are willing to do the work for the regular tournaments. You're demanding that people do volunteer work for you that aren't interested in. What do you expect to happen in that situation?

@Hakuron I just submitted the pull request to the TWD: github.com/GiottoVerducci/TWD/pull/148
Note I didn't add
www.vekn.net/forum/event-reports-and-twd/79009-twd-report-v5-for-vendetta-online-30th-of-january-2021 since it's missing a deck list.
For those interested and future contributors to the TWDA, I wanted to point out that you can use the KRCG api to get any decklist in legit precise TWDA format.
Just visit api.krcg.org and check the convert/{format} feature: click on "Try it out"
Select the "text/plain" format for your request body, then you can paste your decklist there (safer to omit headers, but the parser can handle a large number of formats, including Amaranth, VDB, Lackey, etc.)
Then hit execute and get your result ready to paste
Hi Lionel,
I tried to follow your steps, but didn't manage to make it to the end, sorry but don't understand GitHub at all.
If you could describe to do after using the KRCG api I will try it next time.
Could you submit 2 tournaments:
www.vekn.net/forum/event-reports-and-twd/79011-twd-enero-sangriento-lackey-30-january-2021
www.vekn.net/forum/event-reports-and-twd/79076-twd-no-solo-de-pachangas-vive-el-hombre#101873
Thanks for your hard work all of you!

@lip : Noted. I am still waiting for the player's report ...
Would you mind poking him?
National Coordinator Germany nc [dot] germany [at] magenta [dot] de
@gatocion Sure, I made a PR for your tournaments: github.com/GiottoVerducci/TWD/pull/150
The KRCG api thing I posted is just about getting a correctly formatted decklist. Making the actual PR on the TWD GitHub indeed requires a bit of knowledge on how to use Git in the first place.
I'll look into how to automate / simplify that. It'll take a bit of time ☺︎

Got a decklist in the tournament report thread. I did a PR for it: github.com/GiottoVerducci/TWD/pull/151
