If I have a Trophy: Hunting Ground in play but not attached to a vampire, is it considered a non-derivative hunting ground for my opponent's Poacher's Hunting Ground ? Or is it ignored because per the Rulebook 1.6.2 A trophy [...] has no effect until it is moved to a vampire ?
Just stumbled upon [ANK 20170430] and it wasn't clear to me (I mean, if the Trophy is "active" it's clear, but what about before it has been claimed/attached to a vampire ? Is the whole card text ignored until activation ?).
Follow-up questions would be in the same vein:
- Can an unattached Trophy: Hunting Ground be targeted/counted as a location ? For Guillaume's ability for example ?
Poacher's Hunting Ground

During your untap phase, choose up to X ready anarchs you control who each gain 1 blood, where X is the number of non-derivative hunting grounds controlled by other Methuselahs. A vampire can gain blood from only one hunting ground card each turn.
Trophy: Hunting Ground
Master. Trophy. Hunting ground.
During your untap phase, the vampire with this card gains 2 blood from the blood bank. A vampire can gain blood from only one hunting ground card each turn.
