Let's say there is a situation: - Political action has been successfully played - Before any votes and ballots has been cast, Closed Session has been played Closed Session, action modifier "Non-Camarilla vampires cannot cast votes in this referendum" What happens with Prisci subreferendum then? Can ballots still be cast? If yes, are votes from prisci subreferendum still valid in this referendum?
