Instead, this vampire gets an optional press, will not go to torpor until combat ends but is still considered wounded and can be burned as normal. If three rounds of combat pass with no cards played, combat ends. This vampire is sent into torpor after combat.

Undead Persistence,inf. so vampire burn all blood after damage and need to go in torpor. him play Undead Persistence and use efect from card press to continue,oposing minion play press to end. can I play again Undead Persistence to continue combat?

so vampire need to go in torpor and him play Undead Persistence,and use press to continue with UP,oposing minion use press to end,so this vampire need to go torpor now,can tru again UP to get press and continue combat?

Combat doesn't end at press step. Press step is still part of combat, and thus vampire is not going to torpor yet, therefore cannot use Undead P to press again.
If we weren't in combat, you couldnt play undead P because it is a combat card and thus not playable outside combat.

is not outside combat,remember after press step there is still window for taste of vitae,psyche,disarm........inside combat

Correct. The vampire will not go to torpor until after combat, so there's no time to play another UP.
