If Psyche! is used at the end of a Yawp Court combat, the two damages are applied between the end of the old combat and the beginning of the new one [ANK 20180910] . What about the referendum ? Is it conducted between the two combats ? Is it lost ? Is it conducted after the second combat ?

The referendum is conducted after the Psyche! combat.

Just to be completely clear, that's not true if the Psyche! combat ends with the acting vampire no longer ready, correct?
Example:
-A succeeds at calling a political action.
-B enters combat with A via Yawp Court.
-Combat ends with both combatants still ready.
-A or B plays Psyche!
-B takes two damage from Yawp Court, and is still ready.
-At the end of the Psyche! combat, A is no longer ready.
-No referendum is conducted...?
Following the rulings referenced, it indicates yet another one, that one says yes: referendum is not conducted if A is no longer ready.
