Vykos gives you a lot of extra discards. Ashur Tablets lets you get back the cards that are useful in the situation you find yourself in. The rest is pretty standard Tzim intercept/combat. Think Anson/Ashurs gun wall, only replacing Liquidation with Vykos' special.
