Nod, how is the rearraging of equipment done.

Ok, quick question. How is the rearrangement of equiment from Nod handled? Do you choose new end state (e.g. what equipment end to which minion) or can you do this incrementally (e.g. first minion 1 gets all stuff and then minion 2 & 3 get this specific piece of equipment)? This is mainly relevant for Martinelli's ring e.g. can I cycle it though all my minions removing nasty dem / ser cards on them? Nod Master Master: trifle.
