I was the judge for final table so here is a small report as requested by Antti.
The final table was seated:
Juha (Anu Diptinatpa Legionnaires) -> Katja (Lasombra Stealth&Bleed) -> Jyri (top seed) (Nephandus Carna) -> Antti (Sha-Ennu Bleed) -> Juho (G4 Inner Circles Vote).
First Juha ousted Katja which was followed by Jyri ousting Antti. After which, the table was locked for a while until Juho was able to bleed and vote Juha out. Because the tournament had the extra rule that an oust added 10 minutes to the game clock, 30 minutes in total was added for all the three ousts. When the main time ran out, Jyri would have won the heads up between him and Juho, because he was the top seed and both him and Juho had a VP. But because 30 minutes of extra time was on the clock, Juho was able to make Jyri to spend enough resources allowing him to get an oust when 16 or so minutes of the extra time was left on the clock. Thus, Juho won the tournament.
So to summarize, based on this tournament the additional time granted from ousts can make a difference in deciding who eventually wins the tournament.
Congrats to Juho for winning the tournament and thank you again to Antti for being the main organizer.

It was a nice tournament. Here couple words about the final from my perspective.
I was first seat and had what others described as "lightning start" regardless. Five minions and 31 pool on turn 3. This signaled me as the table threat early on, something I am known to do. I don't like playing slow.
In front of me was Katja playing Lasombra SB who had very little defense against my armada. She was going forward pretty much as fast as she could and subsequently bounced to the bleed sink of the table: Antti. Antti had a rough game and didn't seem to get much going on at any point. If he had drawn any bleed bounces of his own, it might have been different. Since Antti was playing "Sha-Ennu bleeds for a million" deck, I am sure he was conscious of the IC's in front of him who would have bounced his bleeds for sure.
I think everyone knew Katja was doomed, and I got the oust without much contention. After that though, there was a shift in table balance. I had been hoping to snowball Jyri before the table could deal with me, but Carna vacuum-cleaned 3 legionnaires, Juho's Rafael de Corazon did 15 pool damage with two actions (bleed for 6 and anarchist uprising for 9) and then Juho banished Anu; which was pretty much the last nail in my coffin as I no longer had the ousting power to punch through nephandi. I was practically out of the game since I no longer had the pool to bring Anu back. Antti had had no game all game long, and our respective ousts were merely a matter of time.
After Jyri and Juho were in heads-up though, the game turned into a grind (Jyri's words). I was playing in a casual game during the end, but from what I could gather, Jyri's more grindy deck did not have the +bleed cards to finish the game, and Juho had a ton of pool. Juho on the other hand said that the unmasking was making his life hard, despite having two IC's with obfuscate. Eventually Juho accumulated enough advantage to close the game. Lets not forget that the IC deck had had practically no predator all game long.
Even though Jyri had the game pretty much in control when only two players were left, the time rule added so much time to the game that Juho could grind his way back and eventually get the win. Without the extra time rule, time would've been called and Jyri would've won the tournament with the top seed.

I'm puzzled - with no HoS, how did you get the first Emerald Legion into play?

In the final, the sequence was:
1.turn play liquidation, bring up anarch convert.
2.turn play agent of power naming temporis on anarch convert. Play liquidation. Convert does summon history X=1. If there is a blocker, convert can get 1 stealth from pocket out of time. get Legionnaire. Legionnaire bleeds. Bring out couple more vampires.
3. Turn: One more legionnaire comes from ash heap in unlock step. Technically its possible to get 2 if I happen to mill another one. More stuff happens ->
ps. Not all my crypt is weenies though. Only one third of the crypt is susceptible to scourge. Having superior obfuscate is a thing.

A few notes from the finals.
A preliminary rounds I had played against Katja's SB deck. I knew it was a risk to sit next to her but to win a tournament, some risks must be taken.
Juha's light speed start was a catastrophe to me. Too much pressure on Katja ensured that I have a new predator very soon.
I managed to oust Antti soon after Juha ousted Katja. Time is left a little bit more than half an hour. Juho ousted Juha after an unsuccessful attempt to Banish my Carna. It was a solid plan from Juho to give Juha another oust.
So after 2 hours, it was a heads up situation and we had full time added to the top of that, 30 minutes. I thought I was in a good position because I had more permanent intercept than Juho had permanent stealth. After 18 minutes Juho's deck runs out and good for him, he had one last vote and one last stealth card in his hands.
Juho earned his victory with very solid play and a very solid deck. It was a tough final.
It was nice to try out a plus 10 minutes rule in the final. Although I do not support that rule. It adds more time to situations when it is not necessarily needed. It is a way too straight forward rule. I bet there is another solution to resolve a stalling problem.
As a side note:
This tournament and 14.4. played tournament (Elder Library 3.0) were both 11 players tournament. The sitting order in Archon is not optimal for 11 players tournament. That should be fixed.

I disagree. The seating order tries to fulfill as many of the criteria as possible listed in the optimal seating page. It is also noted that in some situations it is not possible to fill every criteria. Generally, stating "this is broken" without providing a solution is worse practice than suggesting how the situation could be improved.

I am not sure why you are taking this up. This is irrelevant to the topic. If my car broke I will say to the mechanic "My car has broken down and it should be fixed." I am not in a position to tell the mechanic how he/she should fix it. As goes in this. I am not a math wizard or head judge. After several table talk in our mutual playgroup, many of them think, the Archon seating order is not optimal in this situation.
My suggestion is not to play with 11 participants.
In similar instances on the tournaments I've run I've stepped away from participating and concentrated only on judge duties. Crappy thing for the judge but way better for the tournament.

The Archon for 11 players is as good as it could be. Believe me, many tried to improve it further but did not find a better solution. It is what Lönkka says: 11 participants are simply bad and you should find somebody who steps back.

Apparently there has been some sort of communication breakdown or problem between the winning player and the tournament organizer.
The the decklist has been located and sent. Or resent. Now it will need to be posted (I've been told that it has but I can't see it and I think it would be great to have it on the first post.)
Will proceed to harass the tournament organizer about this.
Normal programme will continue shortly. Please stand by.

The decklist spent 2years in "Event announcement"-thread of the event, because...
I really don't know why...
It is now added to first post of this thread now though.

Cute.
Non intuitive, but cute! ^^

Ahah no, yeah, definitely not intuitive. VDB has a better interface, you can use that too ☺︎ it's less permissive with text inputs but it gives better insights on any parsing error
Wasn't meant as disrespect, just like, me imagining a non-IT guy using an API doc- and test-kit feature. I figured it out in the end, but struggled a bit.
Still functional and overall very cool. So thx for all this effort.
