Most of the various cards which add blood from the blood bank to uncontrolled minions have been reworded to say "Add X blood to a Y in your uncontrolled region" (Govern the Unaligned, Enchant Kindred, Dreams of the Sphinx, Thing, etc).
However, Tend the Flock currently says
"Add 3 pool to a younger infernal vampire in your uncontrolled region."
It's the only card to use "pool" for this effect, which makes it a weird exception to this template for no apparent reason. Would it be possible to update the wording on Tend the Flock to match?
Also, given how common the "Add X blood" effect is, a sentence or two in the rulebook explaining this seems like a sensible addition.

Indeed.

It is planned.

Woah, wait, wait, wait.
This is a huge errata (buff) to this card? Are you serious?
Gangrel. Noddist. Camarilla. Once each turn, LivesByProxy may burn 1 blood to lose Protean until the end of the turn and gain your choice of superior Auspex , Obfuscate , or Potence for the current action.

How?

@thelonius: Add 3 blood from the blood bank to a younger infernal vampire in your uncontrolled region is waaay better than: Add 3 pool to a younger infernal vampire in your uncontrolled region.
Gangrel. Noddist. Camarilla. Once each turn, LivesByProxy may burn 1 blood to lose Protean until the end of the turn and gain your choice of superior Auspex , Obfuscate , or Potence for the current action.
It would be a change in the power level except that Tend the Flock was always from the blood bank:
The Heirs to the Blood printing said
"Move 3 pool from the bank to a younger infernal vampire"
That the current text can so easily be interpreted as not being from the blood bank is another reason to fix the wording.

It's exactly the same.
When you add a counter (whatever its nature), or when a counter is gained, it always come from the bank.
This apply to:
- adding a corruption counter
- adding a counter on Dreams of the Sphinx each time it is locked
- adding a blood from a Hunting Ground to a ready vampire (the vampire gains 1 blood)
- etc.
Also, blood/life counters and pool counters are equivalent when on uncontrolled vampires/Imbued.

Correct.

Only if one doesn't read the words written: "add" is not the same term as "move".
