Yesterday we had a discution about Karsh ADV and Veles Hunt. I know there are numerous instances in which this had been asked since the start but I'll do it again since I could not convince them they were still valid:
Can Karsh ADV play Veles Hunt from ash heap?
(On a side note, I understand why people get confused about it, other templates for searching cards with trait such as Fortschritt Library are worded in a very similar way)

I believe it is not the same, because Bernard's blood hunt is classic political action, where vampires can play cards to gain votes.

Correct. The effects are the same (a vampire is burned if the vote passes) but the context is different (diablerie blood hunts happen outside the action, whereas Bernard's blood hunt is a typical political action).
