I could really use some help fine tuning a deck based on the newly printed Humble bundle promo Montano. I took some old lists and adjusted it a tiny bit, but as I'm unfamiliar with the archetype I'm looking for more feedback and tips om what works in this type of deck. Especially the crypt I would like some feedback on. How much should i value votes when i can snipe my opponents votes with Baltimore purge? How important is it to have fortitude on my other vampires? Also experiences with murmuring of false will in this style of deck would be useful. I'm also quite worried my montano will run out of blood quickly. Thoughts on the number tuning of all the cards would also be greatly appreciated! My meta has maybe more combat than usual (both of the intercept and bum rush kind), also a fair share of superstar decks and bruise/low stealth bleeds. Dedicated vote decks are rare, but titled vampires shows up regularly. Deck Name : Montano Purge Author : Description : Crypt [12 vampires] Capacity min: 1 max: 11 average: 8.08333 4x Montano (11) 2 votes Lasombra (group 3) 3x Ambrosio Luis Monçada, Plenipotentiary (10) cardinal Lasombra (group 2) 1x Lucita (8) Lasombra (group 2) 1x Aurora Van Brande, Paladin (6) Lasombra (group 2) 1x Ignacio, The Black Priest (4) Lasombra (group 2) 1x Ramiro (4) Lasombra (group 2) 1x Tupdog (1) Gargoyle (group 3) Library [80 cards] Master (16 cards) ================== 1x Elysian Fields 2x Golconda: Inner Peace 2x Heidelberg Castle, Germany 3x Information Highway 1x Monastery of Shadows 1x Pentex(TM) Subversion 3x Villein 1x Wider View 2x Dreams of the Sphinx Action (19 cards) ================== 8x Govern the Unaligned 2x Graverobbing 4x Mind Rape 5x Baltimore Purge Action Modifier (27 cards) ================== 2x Enkil Cog 12x Freak Drive 4x Shadow Play 5x Shroud of Absence 2x Tenebrous Form 2x Blanket of Night Action Modifier/Reaction (6 cards) ================== 6x Murmur of the False Will Political Action (4 cards) ================== 1x Ancient Influence 1x Reins of Power 2x Banishment Combat (4 cards) ================== 4x Shadow Body Ally (1 cards) ================== 1x Carlton Van Wyk (Hunter) Equipment (1 cards) ================== 1x Zaire River Ferry Reaction (2 cards) ================== 2x On the Qui Vive Other cards I am considering: 1x new blood, 1x grationo, 1x gustav mallenhous, deflection, Heart of nizchectus, scourge of the enochians, 1x fortiude (master card), 1x giants blood, Mylan horseseed (goblin), Obediance, abactor, conditioning

Without analyzing too much, if you run renewed vigor at you can pop back up with all purgers after it goes off.

You might want to take a look at my TWD from the EC 2017 storyline tournament. Can be found somewhere here and in the Secret Library. National Coordinator Germany nc [dot] germany [at] magenta [dot] de

Is renewed vigor worth it in your experience? Both the rescue action and the vigor takes an action and has 1 Stealth. The difference as I see it is mainly 2 blood. An I missing anything? That's great, I'll definitely check out your list hakuron! It's there any changes you would make if you were to take it to a tournament today? Have the recent rules changes or new cards(legioneres ect) affected anything for this archetype? Thanks for the responses so far!

Saving blood is also a good thing but the real strength of the card is that you are guaranteed to leave the torpor region after the Baltimore has triggered. Have not played the deck for a while, but guess that the Villein nerf will not make a big difference. I would take it to a tournament again the way I shaped it.
