The Asian Continental Championships happened last October 20 which was held in Manila, Philippines.
We had a total of 17 players from different parts of Asia comprising delegates from the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan.

12 Filipinos
The finals table comprised 2 Tremere (Sol's Gerald Windham bleed, intercept) and David's Gr3 Tremere with Carna bleed intercept combat, 2 Harbingers James Gr2-3 Unre/Egotha/Agaitas bleed intercept with force of will and Paul's Harbinger is a Gr2-3 Erlik, Erebus, Egotha and Agaitas Emerald Legionaire block and bleed deck and Louie's Imbued deck.
The start was with the first Harbinger bringing out Unre early with Zillahs Valley on the 3rd turn, the Imbued player had brought out two Imbued by that time. Anarch convert was brought out early and Erlik came out later but the other vampire in the crypt was Egotha which had 3 blood moved by Erliks special ability.
Sol brought out Gerald Windham and started influencing another small vampire. David didnt get any of his main vampires which was usually Carna and Muaziz. He influence Masika St. John and Aisling Sturbridge.
Unfortunately James had influenced Egotha and that made the 2nd Harbinger to sputter as he had to influence another vampire by paying transfers or risk to contest with James Egotha. and he kept on getting duplicated only until after the 4th turn did he managed to get an Erebus.
It seemed that the Imbued was preternaturally blessed as all the other Methuselahs had no way to affect the Imbued directly aside from bleeding as there were no determined combat deck or political deck among the other Meths.
The turning point was when James managed to bring down Louie's Imbued to 4 pool and he was bled by Unre with Trochomancy for 4. when Loiue revealed the card he had been holding on since the 1st turn ...an Archon Investigation. Unre was burned leaving James with only Egotha left. Louie survived with 1 pool and due to other circumstances he would eventually recover steadily thanks to the help Travis Miller putting blood on the uncontrolled region and reverse influencing it.
Paul ousted Sol but because of Tension in the Ranks played by Louie it was doubly painful when the Emerald Legionaire died from David's Tremere. And David played one wake card after the other (on the que vive, forced awakening..no less than 6 cards) fending off the Harbinger. Louie eventually swept as persistent bleeds with Second Sight to give -1 intercept to monsters affected Emerald legionnaires. So it didnt take long before he ousted Paul, and it didnt take too long before David then James joined the other players being ousted in close succession.
In summary the region of Asia suffered a most ignoble defeat, as the kindred were extinguished in a sea of flame perpetuated by the wretched Imbued.
