(I wasn't sure if I should make a new thread.) I made the list for myself, but maybe someone else will find it useful? Sorry if I have made any mistake. *** Heirs to the Blood Expansion (2010) *** Booster Packs (Random) * 168 cards (Rare 54, Vampire 58, Common 56) Crypt 58 Library 110 * All new. *** Heirs to the Blood Reprint Bundles (2018) *** 2 Bundles (Fixed) * All reprint, no new card. * 2 Bundles together Crypt 58 Library 76 * Cards that were NOT reprinted Crypt 0 Library 34 Barrenness Bliss Blood Tempering Development Diabolic Lure Din of the Damned Evil Eye Fractura Greater Curse Hatch the Viper Hexe Jar of Skin Eaters Knotted Cord Maleficia Masca Mind of the Wilds Minor Curse Olid Loa Potio Martyrium Psalm of the Damned Ravager Research Scobax Scourge of Alecto Shadowed Eyes Stiff Contempt Striga Strix Summon History Threading the Path of Orpheus Three's a Crowd Treat the Sick Mind Unleash Hell's Fury Warding the Beast So, NO "not a Discipline" (Maleficia, Striga) cards. 12 in total? NO Summon History, NO Unleash Hell's Fury. Because they are in Anthology? * The cards that I think should have made it or wish it did. Three's a Crowd. I think this card is important for Blood Brothers (combat) decks. I personally have enough, though. Hatch the Viper. I personally want more. (Since it was rare, I think I only have two. I have never used it.) But since it has nothing to do with Bloodline clans, I think it is reasonable that it was dropped.

Board Games is begining to have a similar treatment too... But as pointed by Fernando Cesar (a.k.a. Sydnelson - Prince of Rio de Janeiro), Márcio Pinheiro (a.k.a. fmcpce - Brazilian National Coordinator) and some others in various threads on facebook: The players of VTES is paying a huge amount of importing fees, becouse poorly descriptions on the postal manifests. Drivethrucards is declaring the content only as "Printed Material". The correct must be to declare "Colectible Card Game". There is even players that says to have contacted DriveThru regarding that situation, asking for a correct description on the packages. But no answer was given. May be White Wolf, VEKN and Black Chantry can contact DriveThru regarding improving that aspect of international shipments. Regarding other countries Don't know if other countries have similar legislation or rules regarding importing books and card games. So, would be great to know, if someone can tell. There are similar regulations in parts of Europe, but card games usually fall under “printed material”, and is taxed as books, so it makes little difference as far as I know.
