Contaminated Doctor can take a +1 stealth action to reveal the top 5
cards of your library, move all copies of the card on him to your
hand and the rest to your ash heap (discard afterwards). Contaminated
Doctor cannot block vampires of capacity 4 or more.

Motivation: It might be a bit strong. I don't think it would help B&S decks (especially !Malk), due to the oversimplicity of their decklists, but it could help key-action-oriented decks (vote, mainly).
This should be a "mortal" ally.
Are you intending that the cards on the Doctor are in your "hand?" If so, you need to specify that. Otherwise, how's this better than Kaymakli Fragment or Deal with the Devil?

"The" one in your hand? How does any of this correlate with the card on the doctor?
If you're trying to make this a fetch like ability that works kind of like the Shadow court satyr, go for something like this:
"When Doctor is put into the ready region, place a card from your hand on him (draw to replace). He can take a +1 stealth action to reveal the 5 top cards from your library and move any copies of the card on him to your hand (discard afterwards). Burn all other cards revealed this way."
It could say "that card" as well, but we could be super clear just to avoid misunderstandings.
Is attach a term these days? That could be used here as well.
Not sure if he's any good though. At 1 maybe, but as he's just a mortal doctor and not a hunter he should have only 1 life.
