We had yesterday our VTES League final 2017 and in one situation, I´m not sure about the correct ruling, So the situation was:
Player A bleeds Player B. Block. Combat.
Player A plays Majesty at superior.
Player B plays Serpent´s Numbing Kiss at Superior.
Majesty untaps the Minion from player A. Does Serpent´s Numbing Kiss tap these minion again?
Majesty:
Presence
inf: Strike:combat ends.
sup:As above, and this vampire untaps before combat ends.
cost 1 blood
Serpent´s Numbing Kiss
presence/serpentis
inf: Strike:combat ends.
sup:As above, and if the range is close, this vampire burns 1 blood to put this card on the opposing minion and tap him or her. This minion does not untap as normal during your untap phase. Burn this card during your untap phase.
Im interesting about this efect burn blood with card Serpent's Numbing Kiss superior.
so if in combat acting minion play Serpent's Numbing Kiss, him can wait for oposing vampire strike and then decide if burn blood or not right?
and probably acting minion wait if oposing minion play psyche or TT,in this case him not need to burn this blood, right?

Huh. The card text on Serpent's Numbing Kiss does not indicate the tapping of and putting the card on the opposing minion happens after combat. Per card text, wouldn't this happen during strike resolution? Is there a rule or ruling indicating otherwise?

It happens during strike resolution, but you follow the effects in order: combats ends, then <stuff>.

If you play it at superior, you have to burn the blood. There's no choice involved (and it doesn't use the wording of Form of Mist "when this strike resolves, he or she may burn 1 blood after combat ends...")
