Can the same vampire use the card twice in the same turn? Say he used it at non superior and the action was blocked with intercept, would he be able to play another copy of the card but use that copy at superior? Thanks Shroud of Night [Action Modifier] Action Modifier [Obtenebration] Obtenebration [obt] +1 stealth, not usable on a bleed action. [OBT] +1 stealth.

The one of each a turn is regarding actions, so you can bleed, play the card, then let's say freak drive at superior after being blocked and use it to play Rumble or call a kind resources contested, etc. One copy of a given modifier per minion per action.

And the same goes for Reactions. So when the other guys is trying to catch you Obtenebration guys with Auspex, 1 copy of each Reaction card is only allowed to be played during an action. Doesn't matter if he'd like to use both inferior and superior effect of a card, can only play each Reaction card once during each action. Finnish Politics!
