Quick clarification:
Can I move more blood off a vampire than the capacity of the receiving vampire?
e.g. Serena the White has 5 blood when I lock Heidelberg Castle to move blood off another vampire (with 7 blood) to her. Can I move 6 blood, leaving the other vampire with just 1, or can I only move 3 blood as that would bring Serena to full capacity?

It was the stolen vampire that had Fortitude. And whether it had it at inferior or superior doesn't matter: you can play Force of Will and Daring at inferior anyway (even if that vampire has superior Fortitude).
