I have a few questions concerning Enkidu, the Noah. Specifically the

part of his special.
Can he play Fast Hands? If yes, what would happen?
Another question: What would happen if Enkidu was in combat with a minion having the Shackles of Enkidu. Could that minion put the Shackles on Enkidu? Again, if yes, what would happen?

The Shackled minion does not untap as normal during his or her untap phases; he or she burns 2 blood during each of your untap phases. Any minion may burn this card as a action.

Since Enkidu can't have equipment, he can't steal equipment.
For the same reason, you can't put equipment on him (such as Shackles of Enkidu).
Generally speaking, you can't do illegal things or things that would result in an illegal situation voluntarily.

Both players would be ousted in short order by the player to their right.

You never used an Inner Circle wall and bleed deck with Alastor on other's Camarillas to put Shackles on them???
If your guys are infernal, Shackles only burn blood on them, right?

You can strike with a Rowan ring, and send Enkidu to torpor, but then the ring is burned as it cannot be moved to Enkidu.

The difference between the Shackles and the Rowan Ring is that the former is an effect to move equipment (illegal on Enkidu), the later is a strike to send to torpor (legal on Enkidu) with a side-effect that happens only if the strike is successful.

(replace Wooden Stake with Rowan Ring)
Name: Rowan Ring
Cardtype: Equipment
Cost: 1 pool
Unique melee weapon.
Strike: Send the opposing vampire to torpor. This card is transferred to that vampire, and he or she doesn't untap as normal during the untap phase as long as he or she remains in torpor.

BTW, I found a message on the board where all these questions were answered:

well it is now clear, rowan and stake can use against enkidu and beast to sent both to torpor, and after strike resolve both be sent to torpor and both free to untap because rowan and stake be burned after sent them to torpor.
1 interesting question:what hapen if oposing vampire after strike resolve play amaranth?
does rowan and stake be burned or oposing vampire take this weapon?

No, they are not free to untap - the 'do not untap' effect is independent of the 'transfer equipment' effect.

The card effects resolve atomically, so when amaranth is played the weapon has already been transfered and burned.
