Btw, how about Powerbase Madrid? Since it just says gain x votes during a referendum. And you can still throw a vote card and edge during a blood hunt referendum right? Name: Powerbase: Madrid [SW:R, BH:PM] Cardtype: Master Cost: 1 pool Master: unique location. During your untap phase, add one counter to this card from the blood bank if it has less than 4 counters. Tap to give a titled Sabbat vampire X additional votes during a referendum, where X is the number of counters on this card. Any vampire controlled by another Methuselah can take a action to burn all the counters on this card.

The main things you can't use are: - action modifiers from your hand - reactions from your hand - anything talking about "the referendum of a political action" or the referendum being "called by" someone (e.g. Xaviar basic : "If a referendum called by Xaviar is successful, he can untap at the end of the action."), because the Blood Hunt referendum is just automatically called by the game.

One of my fellow players was asking me if you use delaying tactics on a blood hunt referendum since nothing was said of a political action referendum.

There is a difference between the blood hunt induced by a diablerie, and a blood hunt referendum called by Bernard (just as there is a difference the "normal" hunt action, and a hunt action like Abactor).
