A card coming from Reality Mirror effect also cost an additional 1 blood if the opposing minion plays a Terror Frenzy superior? Reality Mirror or Spiritual Guidance can take and use cards that the opposing minion forbids? Ex.: Take a No Trace and play against Valerius Maior ADV. Direct Intervention can be played on card played by effect of Reality Mirror or Spiritual Guidance or Piper or Concealed Weapon or Charming Lobby or Muricia’s Call or Pack Alpha or Summon History? I think not since those cards transfer a card from a specific place to another. Reality Mirror, Combat, Malkavian Antitribu, R , [SW:R, Third:R] Choose a combat card in the opposing minion's controller's ash heap and use the ability of that card as if that card had been played from your hand (pay cost as normal). If the card requires a Discipline this vampire does not have, you can only use the basic ability of that card. Only one Reality Mirror can be played during a game. Terror Frenzy, Combat, 1 blood, Animalism, R , [Sabbat:R, SW:R, FN:PR, CE:PN, LoB:PG] Frenzy. [ani] Only usable before range is determined on the first round. During this combat, the opposing minion cannot use maneuvers to maneuver to close range, cannot use presses to continue combat and cannot use equipment. [ANI] Only usable before range is determined. {Combat cards cost the opposing vampire} an additional blood this combat. A vampire may play only one Terror Frenzy at superior each combat. Direct Intervention, Master, 1 pool, U/PB , [Sabbat:U, SW:PB, Third:U] Master: out-of-turn. Cancel a minion card as it is played. No cost is paid. (If it was an action card, the acting minion doesn't tap. If it was a strike card, the minion chooses another strike.) You can read Reality Mirror like: "Play a combat card from the opposing minion's controller's ash heap as if from your hand." Nevertheless, it isn't played in the normal fashion, so a few things apply > Sydnelson wrote: > A card coming from Reality Mirror effect also cost an additional 1 blood if the opposing minion plays a Terror Frenzy superior? > If would say yes, as you must pay its cost. > Sydnelson wrote: > Reality Mirror or Spiritual Guidance can take and use cards that the opposing minion forbids? Just for clarification, I mostly agree, except for the last part - DI-ing SG proxy'ed cards. Summon History, Pack Alpha, Muricia's Call, Charming Lobby, Concealed Weapon, Piper and Reality Mirror all intentionally (I think) omit the "play the card" wording, while DI cancels card "as it is played", thus it cannot target the second card. Spiritual Guidance, on the other hand, have the "play a card" wording, the only difference from normally played card is the origin of the card - ash heap instead of our own hand. The second card is still being played (per SG card text), which in my opinion makes it a valid target for DI. I still might be wrong though

Anyway, even if you're correct, the Reality Mirror can be DIed with the same result, since you have to declare the effect in full when playing RM. yes you're correct on the DI etc window [although the game really shouldn't be based on the cancel cards as they're a terrible addition to a multiplayer game due to the disruption on flow] but that is what Play means in the absence on a full rulebook lexicon
