Using Maneuvers or Presses in Rounds Other Than When You Gain Them

Darkness Within at superior, as well as other cards, give you a maneuver but don't specify that it must be used that round. Presumably I can use them in following rounds, correct?

By default, combat cards effects last only until the end of the round during which they are played (rulebook). An optional maneuver or press gained during a round must be used during that round, or be lost. Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director
