The goal here was to show people what the judge is usually called for : - rather simple questions on cardtext / rules ("Do Anarch Revolts stack?") - some tricky questions on rulings ("UHF vs Kiss of Ra") - some "we forgot something, help us fix it" - some "I'm unhappy with something, please make sure the game is going properly" - quite a good share of "we need to freeze time because someone left for a minute" - a big proportion of "what's the time? / it's getting loud in here / other policemaking stuff"

Seeds of Corruptions says "he or she burns 1 additional blood when attempting an action" (or 2 or 3, the amount does not matter here). So in this case, doesn't the Seeds first burn all the blood from the vampire, leaving it at zero, which would make the action automatically fizzle? What am I missing here?

The action might still be blocked (although situations where this would occur are arguably limited) I beliee the point is that it is legal to attempt the action, even though it will fizzle. If the vampire has been targetted by some effect that increased the cost (vampire with only inferior dominate and Kuta, for example), then would not be legal, as you cannot attempt an action you cannot pay the cost of when you announce the action. -- National Coordinator South Africa

No (cardtext) Banishment: Choose a younger ready vampire. Successful referendum means that the chosen vampire is moved to the uncontrolled region (breaking any temporary control effects). The vampire is uncontrolled. Any cards and counters on that vampire stay with him or her (but they are out of play as long as the vampire remains uncontrolled). Sensory Deprivation [chi] Burn any retainer or put this card on any ally. The minion with this card does not untap as normal during the untap phase as long as the acting vampire remains in play. [CHI] As above, but put this card on any vampire in play. Thanks

I was more interested in the "vampire returns effects..."... IMHO the card was out of play... for instance, lets say that Gabrin SD Selena... Selena is tapped... but during next turn Lucinde Banishes Gabrin... SD is out of play at least while gabrin is uncontrolled... Now gabrin is influenced and returns... Card text says that cards came back as well but Anka says no due to card text... why? - Kindly explain... The other question is the Ashur tablets please show me what you will be putting in your hand... it have been ruled in the past that although the player must show the cards that he will pick from the ash heap he doesn't have to say whats going to is hand...

Gabrin did not "remain in play" — he left play, so Arika can now untap as normal (even though she still has a Sensory Deprivation on her). Sensory Deprivation never leaves play — even when Gabrin is banished. It remains in play and just has no effect from then on since Gabrin did not remain in play. Banishment also refers to cards and counters on this vampire and Sensory Deprivation is not on Gabrin so Banishments text doesn't even apply here.
