Hello, this is a quick question, what happens when a player use the hability from malgorzata in The Capuchin card in the uncontroled region? For me the answer is clear, the capuchin is removed from the game (and not be suffled by his hability because is when he is burned), but i want to be sure Thx Malgorzata [AUS][DOM][THA][VIC] [Tremere antitribu] Tremere antitribu Capacity: 9 Group: 4 Sabbat priscus: Malgorzata may remove a vampire in your uncontrolled region from the game to add 4 blood from the blood bank to another vampire in your uncontrolled region as a +1 stealth action. Name: The Capuchin [Promo-20150219] Cardtype: Vampire Clan: Harbinger of Skulls Group: 5 Capacity: 11 Discipline: AUS DOM FOR NEC THA THN Independent: If The Capuchin is burned, move him to your uncontrolled region and you get +3 transfers during your next influence phase. +2 hand size. +1 bleed. +1 intercept.

Quick answer: Malgorzata "removes a vampire from the game". That vampire isn't "burned". Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

Special abilities only work when vampires are in play, unless they have specific card text to say otherwise. In a similar-ish situation, with someone wondering what happens if Byzar gets burned by some effect when he's uncontrolled [LSJ 20100126] > > LSJ wrote: > > > Gisela Harden, The Winnower burns a vampire in the uncontrolled region > > > of my prey with her ability. And, as Ankha points out, Malgorzata's actually removing Capuchin from the game, not burning him. Capuchin's text also wouldn't kick in if he was removed from the game by Golconda: Inner Peace.
