Does an independent vampire keep his title (e.g. worth 2 votes) after becoming anarch? - Prince of Karlsruhe, Germany

Yes, but remember that "2 votes" is a title, which means common ways of becomming anarch (Anarch Convert, Go Anarch, ...) won't work, and you'll have to use the other tricks (Anarch Secession).
