GreyB#
Name: The threat of stone
Cardtype: Master
Clan: Gargoyle
Master. Put a counter on this card each time a minion of your prey is sent to torpor or burned.
Once each turn you can burn a counter to give all gargoyles +1 bleed until the end of the turn.
Any minion can burn this card as a D action.
Flavor text:
Don’t work for him, you’ll end legs up in a garbage can! That is, if they leave you with your legs... - Anonymous henchman
Art notes:
A palatial estate surrounded by gargoyle statues and scared vampires running from the gate.
World of Darkness reference:
Not at all too familiar with WoD...
How does this card address a compelling game need?:
I’ve always felt that playing gargoyles (non-tupdog) is powerful but dead slow.
Any attempt to speed it up basically ends up excluding gargoyles and play just tremere’s.
This card adds some bleeding power, adds some real use to hatchlings and turns rushing into more than just being a nuisance at the table.
I can also see a card like this to actually help out combat decks in general, with the main idea being that killing/torporising a methuselah's minions
breaks down that methusah’s influence (pool), perhaps rename to “Aggressive break down”.
