Has the wording of Fame changed? The prey loses 3 pool right?

The wording has changed, 15 years ago with Sabbat War. "Put this card on a ready vampire. If this vampire goes to torpor, his or her controller burns 3 pool. While this vampire is in torpor, each Methuselah burns 1 pool during his or her untap phase." Maxime Socroun, 3200321
